Peggy Steed Knight - Up to $1,100
的 Peggy Steed Knight Scholarship was established in January, 2011. 它是设计好的 to assist a female student majoring 政治科学 who has a minimum 平均绩点 of 3.2 and a minimum ACT score of 25. 的 recipient must be a resident of Montgomery County, 田纳西州 and a non-smoker. Preference will be given to freshman or sophomore.
Warren-Northington 政治科学 Scholarship - Up to $2,000
的 Warren-Northington 政治科学 Scholarship is established in memory of Vernon, Sr.德尔塔·沃伦，M.C. III, and Nancy Northington. 的 scholarship also is in memory 博士的. Vernon Warren, Professor of 政治科学, who taught at Austin Peay for 38年. Dr. Vernon Warren’s wife, Nell Northington Warren, finalized the establishment of this scholarship in October 2005 after Dr. Warren’s death on September 13, 2005. 的 scholarship will be awarded to a freshman political 科学 student who is enrolled full-time and maintains a 3.0的绩点.
Odell米. Hargis Memorial Scholarship - Up to $4,000
This scholarship awards a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in political 科学. 的 recipient must have an overall 平均绩点 of 3.0分，平均绩点3分.25在政界 科学专业. Preference will be given to students participating in Mock Trial and to a public high school graduate. Awards are one-time, but recipient(s) may reapply.
乔治阿. Albright Scholarship - Up to $2,000

Montgomery County Bar Association - John H. Peay Scholarship - Up to $500
This scholarship was established in 2000 to honor the retirement of Judge John Peay. 的 annual scholarship is for a junior or senior pre-law student with a minimum 3.0 平均绩点. Selection will be made by the 政治科学 department scholarship committee. 的 award is for one year, but junior recipients may reapply. 收件人必须具备 a strong desire to attend law school and pursue a career in law.
Joy Huggins Memorial Scholarship - Up to $500
的 Montgomery County Republican Women’s Club sponsors this scholarship awarded to a sophomore, junior, or senior political 科学专业 with a minimum 3.0累积 平均绩点. Past recipients may reapply for the scholarship.
的 Williamson-Kanervo Scholarship in 政治科学 - Up to $500
This scholarship was established by Drs. Ellen and David Kanervo in 1988 in honor of their parents, Margery and Kibler Williamson and Mary and Arvo Kanervo. 这是 an endowed scholarship that will be awarded annually to a junior majoring in political 科学 or communication arts (journalism focus). 的 best qualified student from these two academic areas will be selected. When the corpus has grown to a sufficient size that an additional scholarship may be provided without reducing the corpus, a second scholarship will begin, one in journalism and one in political 科学. 的 recipient must be enrolled full-time with a minimum 3.0累积 平均绩点 required for 每学期. 的 recipient will be required to work two hours per week in the department 学生的专业.
